The property offers guests a comfortable living space with modern features throughout.
The fully equipped Kitchen offers a Breakfast bar and all the usual equipment for the even the most demanding dishes.
Moving upstairs we have two bedrooms:
Bedroom One offers a King Size Bed and views of the Duddon Estuary to the South,
Bedroom Two offers two single beds which can also be made into a Double bed, and has fab views of Black Combe.
Outside the driveway offers enough room for 2 small cars and also has an area for a BBQ and picnic table.
The Beach is only a 10 minute walk from the property and around a 15minute walk to the small village of Haverigg.
Well behaved dogs are welcome!
